Greetings! Our new tutorial tells about the gold-haired project Sifchain and how we can stake our ROWAN coins to a verified validator with 0% commission.
All we need is a Chrome Keplr browser extension — many of you are familiar with it if you use the space blockchain. We will also use the full version of the Keplr website for the convenience of the user interface.
The Stake Service team takes 0% of the commission until the end of May from each delegation, with a subsequent increase of 0.5% per month until the commission reaches 5%.
- Install Keplr Chrome Extension.
2. Create new account.
3. Open your Keplr wallet and Choose SifChain network! And deposit some ROWAN.
4. For more comfortable UI go to the full version of wallet.
Сhoose SifChain and then stake.
5.You will see list of available validators. Choose Stake Service validator and press manage.
6. Press delegate and amount how much ROWAN you will stake.
0% commission until end May and will increase by 0.5% each month until it hits a cap 5%.
Staking will lock your funds for 21+ days
You will need to undelegate in order for your staked assets to be liquid again. This process will take 21 days to complete.
7. The Keplr extension will open in which you need to confirm the transaction — you will also immediately see the network’s commission for the transfer.
Congratulations! You have delegate your ROWAN! Now you can monitor the status of your funds on the same page with the list of validators at the top.
